Master Carpenter

As a Master Carpenter, you’ll execute high-finish residential carpentry on renovations and new builds, collaborate with project leads, designers, and trade partners, and uphold our standards for craftsmanship, safety, schedule, and client communication. You’ll work with people you like and respect—and keep learning every day.
Qualifications
- 10+ years residential carpentry experience
- Proficiency in framing & finish carpentry
- Team-oriented, strong communicator, kind and personable
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
Ideal Skills
- Expert in layout, millwork, casework, doors, stairs, and fine finishes
- Skilled in site coordination and punch-list ownership
- Strong problem-solving abilities and clear, respectful communication
