Morris Island Home

Situated on Morris Island in Chatham, this home leans more to the traditional aesthetic of Cape Cod. The cedar roofing and siding and the white trim are complemented by the lush landscaping and stone driveway. The main entrance of the home brings you to an arched cased opening delineating the dining room. To the left, an office and sitting room is situated around a wood-burning fireplace. A sunroom room takes advantage of water views in two directions. The white cabinets in the kitchen and breakfast nook lead you into the living room with coffered ceilings. The water views are more dramatic from the bedrooms on the second floor. The master wing is accessed by a set of back stairs and has its own private deck and sitting area. A rear deck, swimming pool, and a rolling lawn allow for ample space for outdoor living.
