After an estimated 27 years combined in the beauty industry Tania and Rick Spencer opened Spencer & Co. in June 2005 in downtown London. The unique location inspired a layout which illustrates an artist studio concept with a major metropolis feel accented by a soft feminine approach to the business side of style.
Spencer & Co. provides a unique get away for the high pace business woman and a touch of class for those that are looking for a treat. Inspiring beauty and providing a retreat where our clients can periodically escape the stresses of daily life.

We believe that we have a personal responsibility to do our part to make the world a better and safer place for our children and future generations.
Some examples of our Go Green Attitude:
- RECYCLING – Anything and everything we can recycle we do. Including colour tub boxes and lids
- PRODUCTS – Aveda and Davines: Both only use renewable energy resources
- CLEANING SUPPLIES – Biodegradable and/or non-toxic cleaners that make a positive impact on your home and the environment.
- RETAIL PRODUCT BAGS & GIFT WRAPPING - We use 96% post-consumer recycled resin retail bags
- TOWELS - Individual cotton hand towels for bathroom & papertowel free environment
Did you know that 40% of the electricity you pay for is from “vampire standby power”? This means that our appliances are sucking energy even in the off position…40%!!!! So in an effort to do our part for the environment we are unplugging ALL electrical tools at the end each work day.
Davines is committed to minimizing the impact our activity has on the environment and not compromising the quality or quantity of natural resources today or tomorrow.
Aveda is mindful of the need to reduce our environmental footprint in using what they call Green Ingredients in products whenever possible and in every package they develop. Their strongest initiative is to try to use post consumer recycled materials in all of their packaging. They can’t guarantee that their packaging will be recycled, but do their part by insuring that it is made out of material that will not have a second life rather than going to a land fill.
